You're fine. There are inconsistencies with my story. I'll clear that up:

On Saturday, I inadvertently sent him a random text (along all my other contacts - long story); he replied, and I told me the text was a mistake.

On Sunday Morning @ 4:12 a.m. (PST), he texted that IFCR is rebooting. We exchanged some texts. throughout the day.

The aforementioned things I highlighted: Form 15
Filing and Acquisitions; I have the texts we exchanged saved for proof.
