I was sent a private message by someone who (who clearly is a MARA cheerleader) telling me that i dont know much about mara or the patent space. So i figured id write this here for everyone to enjoy and decide.
The patent space is starting to separate into two catogories. The players and the wanna be players. Below is a list of the patent stocks I actually follow, or have money in. Which is why I know how poor of a job MARA is doing with regards to talking to its investors and responsible money management. Make up your own mind....

ACTG YTD -7.69% 1 YEAR +61% CEO PAY 80K not a typo bought stock!
VHC YTD -4.5% 1 YEAR -67% CEO PAY 830K
WILN YTD -6% 1 YEAR +24% CEO PAY 600K
PCO YTD -2% 1 YEAR +19% CEO PAY 250K
PRKR YTD +21% 1 YEAR +17% CEO PAY 350K
RPXC YTD +9% 1 YEAR +21% CEO PAY 350K
Take a look at the CEO pay who are doing well. Do you see a pattern? Take a look if those CEO's who's company are doing right did a stock raise, or stock sale, said one thing and did another... Lastly take a look how they talk to its shareholders... MARA has at its disposal a visible game plan for it to mirror from properly run IP players, and yet nothing.
So when MARA says "hands are tied" "what should we say" "we cant" "we would like to but we..." or even the worst possible scenario say nothing... what is anyone supposed to think?
To be perfectly clear, I am not upset that the stock price is @ 1.51 right now. I am upset that it is at this price and nobody knows why. Nobody knows what they are doing. That is the problem here.
we are supposed to get excited about GE, but yet nobody is as of yet?
we are supposed to get excited about the new patents but what is the game plan? they have had 6 months to tell us something.. crickets...
this is all my own opinion MARA should be talking to us, what an arsenal of patents they have why doesnt anyone know the basic (who what where when how why) plans for them.
