I think they are lucky to be the first to market because they will need that time to take some market share with a small sales force.

The competitor with exclusive isn't out in the market yet. That's all that matters since they will get their label eventually. No matter what sales should pickup but probably slowly.

With the funding available, they could do enough commercial and start distribute the drug.
