Anytime/even-today:the 20-day-waiting-period-just-ended. Their presentation is honest and bends over backwards not to promise too much, but if they're as on top of the "zeitgeist" as they were with bitcoin in 2015 this time investors might take them more seriously.

There is so much more interest in the blockchain world now, when they were seeking financing it was too unknown.

There is a surprising high volume and price stability considering:
people must have faith in this co. relative to other similar-sized and positioned competitors, we'll see very soon how things shake out.
