I would not call raising the SP by buying 434,050 shares at the ask as "manipulation".

I think of manipulation as for example of red or green paint in the last 5 minutes on a minimum size sell or buy, ie 100 shares. And that happens time to time both ways, but is temporary and serves no lasting purpose.

Not manipulation, try "accumulation" of the held position.
