A quick look at AMAG/PTN License Agreement -

Took a quick look at the license agreement with AMAG which is contained in PTN's latest 10-Q filing.

$60M payment was to take place on the closing date for the agreement. (I assume this was Feb. 3.) There is also a fund of $25M that can only be used to reimburse expenses towards an NDA filing for ReKynda.

Most of the milestone and royalty payment info was redacted (except for the first sales milestone payment of $25M when total annual net sales exceeds $250M, see link below).

Hence, since the LA appears legit, the only reason I can see for PTN share price decrease is a slow but continual exercise of the $.01 warrants for common shares and then the sale of those shares into the market.
