If they do show up, it will be in the form of a Cusip #. The dividend "carrot in a stick" to facilitate share dumping is a favourite of scammy Pinkyland CEO's. I've seen it too many times.

No doubt they will restricted and never be saleable by retail stuckholders.

The CEO's always have a myriad of excuses as to why they are restricted. In reality they're just extending their share selling scam efforts.

Hope I'm wrong but I doubt it.
