I will add, this does not address all the other warrants that are priced at respective prices....and without delving into each one, I am sure they are all equipped with anti-ratchet/dilution provisions....or in moronic terms....the lower the price goes, the lower their purchase price drops or the number od shares they can purchase, often at discounted rates, goes up....either way, the cashless warrants are just the tip of the iceberg and the dilution will continue....for the foreseeable future......as a result, the common realizes no value, while insiders/management line their pockets...at the expense of any common holder. Anticipate the dilution to continue on the warrants and price to remain stagnant or slowly depreciate...
