RE:easily played that game and (finally) news.

They were never in the room, split or no split (at least to make a bid). They could have forced a raised offer but would never win. To make a legitimate, legal offer would have been extremely difficult for any of the competitors and they would gain nothing except the ire of their shareholders (and General Electric). Only one company had all it's ducks in a row, only one.

AP&C receives significant order for MIM applications - Mon, Feb 13, 2017

Arcam AB, listed on NASDAQ Stockholm, and a leading supplier in the Additive Manufacturing (“AM”) field, announces that its powder manufacturing subsidiary AP&C in Montreal, Canada, has received a significant order for MIM (Metal Injection Molding) applications.

With AP&C’s fast growth and its expansion with a state of the art powder manufacturing plant in Montreal, AP&C is already established as the largest supplier of Titanium powders to the Additive Manufacturing industry.
This order establishes AP&C as a major supplier also in the MIM application field.

The order is for Ti6Al4V MIM powder and the order volume is 30 tons to be delivered during 2017.
