I don't think their even engaging the possibility of selling it to them. But what would be nice is a nice payment upfront and royalties following. This is probably one of their most valuable patents left.

If it were me I'd set a benchmark with neptune then go after others. I dont know who else is infringing. But i would guess every cable provider. ( i know whwre i live, it was brighthouse, now spectrum who runs my cable. From what little research ive done it sounds like their infringing). Plus im sure hulu among others are infringing. Havent looked into it that much though. Could be wrong
