the exact number wasn't given in the 6-K.
So I have emailed investor relations for
the answer. If I don't get it there, I'll
email Mr. Mason. All of this, however, may
be just academic as future finances develop
and added ships come on line. I just hope
Mr. Bodouroglou is as dedicated to Box Ships
as he is to his private businesses. His
letter to shareholders, I believe is sincere.

What kind of loans Mr. Bodouroglou gets is
almost as important as getting the loans,
themselves. Ideally for us, none are convertibles.
Very exciting time for common holders. TEUFD
starting over like a new company, and a rising
shipping sector, slowly coming back. But caution
must rule. So cross your fingers.
