I've been running through possible settlement scenarios and am wondering what folks think about the possibility of ATVI offering stock in settlement. With them trading at $45/share, 1/5 share would be a $9 equivalent. If they have authorized but not issued shares, that would keep them from taking a heavy cash hit. I know that puts us in their pocket going forward but, if we were to agree to not appeal the time limitation as part of the deal?? Anyone else thinking along these lines?
