ISBG has the trademark to Besado because Pierce, as CEO of DKTS, assigned the rights to ISBG, where he is Chairman. But Pierce didn't own Besado, DKTS did. As a public company, DKTS was/is owned by its shareholders, and Pierce works for them. What's it called when your employee signs away all your company's assets to another company he's in charge of and then your company never gets paid for those assets? I'm sure a good lawyer could think of four or five things to call that at least...
