Having problems with both my old XP machine and my new Win10Pro not recognizing my SamsungS4 when I try to connect to download photos from the phone to the computer. Always worked before. If nothing else, my Win10 would show the phone when connected as a drive, and I could go there and copy the photo file, but it doesn't recognize the phone as connected at all any more. Any suggestions appreciated. . .???
