Is anybody expecting this to sell off some before heading higher due to the offering?

That already happened on Friday, when the stock was down 1.9%. (The terms of the stock offering were announced Thursday evening.)

Friday's sell-off was small (and the stock closed above the $10.75 offering price) because the terms of the stock and bond offerings were better than most investors probably expected.

In my own modeling exercise posted on Thursday (#msg-128585312), I plugged in an offering price of $10.00, so I'm delighted with the actual price of $10.75.
