People trying to accumulate cheap will Bid Wack a low Bid with a few thousand shares with the hope of creating some panic selling, then they will grab 10,000+++ shares at a great price. Savvy investors and MMs do this all the time. That is why you never should use stop loss orders, MMs will always dive down and get the cheap shares.
