LOTS of retail is going to go through pains and downsizing simply, because we no longer have a 80% middle class left in USA as we once did from 1940's to around late 1980's.... Just too damn many retails on every corner today, and look at all those Dollar generals popping up on every backroad too...

All oversaturated selling the same foreign made products...
