I hope I'm wrong with my thinking here...but here's my thought about this most recent offering...

If I'm buying s house and get pre-approved based on income/debt ratio...will I really jeopardize that by taking out a car loan prior to closing? Think about it. A pre-approval is not a mortgage commitment. A LOI for a merger is not a merger agreement. In the middle of this all, they go and approve an offering for $5mil? Why if they're being acquired in a month.

I think they just shot themselves in the foot. Will now have to go back and look at the 8k from this week. I thought I saw something about the fees paid of it falls through. Will have to read it more closely now.

Argh...
