It's Neither, just some legal stuff as they get ready for some good or bad news soon. I was hoping for some form 4's, but another week gone by and nothing filed yet. What will "The Mall Group" decide? I went into an Aeropostale the other day at the mall. Only 2 people shopping, but then again there were only about 50 people shopping in the entire mall. Most were at Starbux, some in the food court. I guess it's just a slow time of year for the mall too. One would think that "The Mall Group" would want to keep these commons in tact or investors may choose not to invest in any retail investments. Retail is hurting as it is.
