well...well....well the resistances in both TLT.V and TLTFF were broken right at the end of the trading day



TLT.V had 2 decent trades of about 5000 each @ $0.32Cdn per share... this is fully 2 cents above the resistance level of $0.30 and 4 cents above its previous close... a gain of about 7%...nice

TLTFF was not as linear in its rise as TLT.V but in the middle of the trading day it too was testing the resistance of $0.23US. There is a tiny trade at the end of the day to break the resistance rising to $0.2337US.



So far, from this chart as I see it... any head fake was the decline in pricing since Friday last. This rise today does not appear to be a head fake to me.

It is clearer in the Canadian chart that I show above. I won't bore you with what I see in the indicators but the suffice it to say that minor decline seems to be arrested to me.

Now... is the price going to the moon??? well there are still some stumbling blocks yet.

The $0.30cdn that was a strong resistance for 5 days is now a support. It should be a reasonable support given how long it took to break it. The next resistance is not far away... somewhere around $0.335 cdn is my guess at this point. If/when we pass that point then $0.37cdn is the next resistance... Passing this resistance would be huge and we would be headed to $0.42-44cdn and beyond...

It is not possible at this point to make any high predictions. I take it one resistance/support range at a time... breaking one line or the other is either good or bad depending on the direction.

I would expect a bit of a pullback from $0.32cdn sometime early in the trading day on Monday... Hopefully the now $0.30cdn level will hold... if it does not then {shrug} we would be back where we were earlier this week.

However, this breakout over $0.30 by 2 cents is VERY encouraging. crossing these lines is important... sometimes flood gates are opened. I suppose a lot will depend on the news of that update coming up. If the update is good news... I see that $0.335 level will be broken.

As I have repeatedly shown... the USA share price may wander around during the day... but at the close of the trading day the Canadian and American stocks have similar values after applying the exchange rate.
