Even if they did it would be a pittance / personal investment by lawyers and as another said trading prior to a material announcement would be insider trading

Obviously, it would have to be a pittance of shares else they would show up as a major holder in filings

So a small amount of shares would not have them prioritize share price over settlement value

Irrespective of that, logically the whole debate makes no sense. The fact some here can't see that share price is DEPENDENT on settlement value is getting disturbing on an intellectual level

So are you saying they want to make the share price go up? Ok so now how! With a large settlement right?

It won't magically go up on its own

The logic on the board is at times not well thought out

And the point is moot they aren't paid in shares

The argument at its base was about what would "drive" a decision to accept a settlement
