I know Chris was not charged or at any time was a ddefedant in the case.
I know the crimes were against the former leadership and they took place before Chris became CEO.
I hear differently about the death penalty settlement.
I think the facts are Treaty settled without admitting guilt , which is customary in cases in the US, and htey will be a small fine, it seperated Treaty from the real wrong and now they can file the financials making h tem current and beging trading again.
That is a win win situation for the shareholders.
Anything above that is not true please feel free to correct what may be wrong.
