Hope you're right ...the market potential will be there..several states have legislation grinding through committee to snag the first time DUI offenders. Soon everyone will know someone that's on an interlock device (or find themselves on one!) That will in turn heat up the competition for market share. It's obvious the big players are content with their crappy technology because they have a monopoly in a given geographic area. Like Hawaii for instance..Smart Start is the only provider on all the islands and their device is crap...they get $40-50 bucks for every recalibrate after a violation that was no fault of the operator. BDIC states they don't charge for violation recalibrations...something I will confirm in my research.
