Now I understand the recent downtrend. Closing of the deal pushed back...and now, fresh off the press...a new offering.

So...if I am to believe the company, that last 'small' offering was to get them through to the closing. If it's been pushed back by only a month, why is this offering almost 5x's the size of that one. Something's not smelling kosher in the land of the Nakeds!!
