Further to my post about Wisconsin making alternative energy illegal I discovered that the alternative is hydro not solar that they are angry about. I can't copy it, but the 4th paragraph under Manitoba says ultra expensive hydro projects were built because under the US Clean Power Plan Wisconsin and Minn. were forced to buy and hydro from Manitoba at even higher prices because that was the only available supply.
