One thing that I keep having to keep in mind for myself is that while we are investors that are watching this like a hawk, these people are running a multi-million dollar company.....things take a little time when you have day-to-day ops to run as well.

CEO's Response.

Good morning Nick,

Thank you for being a part of our company, we appreciate our shareholders very much.

We originally developed GROzone for the exact reasons you mention and the industry is seeing in the news more frequently. When we first developed GROzone in 2014, you rarely heard of product recalls and/or the aftermath of product hitting the market with unacceptable levels of fungi, bacteria, mold etc.. With how fast the industry has been growing and the number of new cultivators and processors all entering the space we knew it was just a matter of time until the regulatory standards started to crack down and catch up to the growth of the industry. The recent news of Health Canada doing random product testing is just one of many things to come in our belief. After a regulation like that is put in place you read it and think to yourself, how was that not always the standard practice? Some reputations get harmed or ruined and people using the product can get effected negatively. It is all unnecessary but in a way needed to shape the industry and create the resultant regulatory environment that will eventually be perfected and come to be. Right now it is still growing and sort of being tackled on the fly as the problems arise. We believe GROzone has its place in the industry to at least reduce if not eliminate these problems.

As to your other question about potentially being busy on other aspects or subsidiaries within Amfil, I personally spend about an equal amount of time on each of our subsidiaries and projects in the works dealing with the specific people we have in place to move them forward. We have great team players within each subsidiary that I trust and am confident are doing what they can to develop the respective subs. So one subsidiary will not thrive at the expense of another. As you know from recent press, we recently took on Brian to move forward on the sales side of GROzone. There was a lot of updating to marketing materials as well as a few other things I cannot mention just yet that we had to polish up before we made our move. GROzone will be having a comprehensive rehash of the product and what it can do for the industry in the next press we issue shortly (we have alluded to this in recent pr's) and this will simultaneously assist Brian as he continues his marketing process.

Unfortunately due to REG-FD I cannot get into exact specifics or exact dates with you as I would love to say more but I hope this helps answer the questions that you presented.

Once again, thank you for being a part of the company.

Have a great day and upcoming weekend.

Roger Mortimer

Lastly, I just re-read your last comment and I do not mind if you share this with other shareholders.
