Here are the issues the way I see it.
For some reason there is no urgency in how JB does things.
As long as shareholders and PP people are willing to pay the bills he can come up with any crazy statement to keep delaying things.
Like this oil thing and the 10 mines and the NP deal and so on and so on.
So many bad decisions.
Is it bad luck
Bad economy
Bad political environment
Or bad CEO
