Now that is funny - TCA is a toxic lender - the TSGL loan isn't aged debt - it is a CONVERTIBLE NOTE!

There is a huge difference between aged debt and toxic funding and convertible notes.

Aged debt doesn't cause dilution - convertible notes are toxic death spiral financing.
