What will Mark and Lorraine do? No sales. Really no investment Banker. One reverse split. 22,000,000 of accrued liability for comp. 1,000,000 of payroll. I guess the only thing left to aggravate the loyal shareholders more is to declare a bonus for their hard work and reprice the options (again).
