It is premature to contemplate NAFS as a potential take over target, at least until a resource is proven up.
With Select Sands, price went from the 20 cent range to a high of over $2.00 (Canadian) in a relatively short period of time based on the purchase of a frack sand asset and subsequent rapid movement to production and sales of the sand. NAFS could easily develop into a similar story.
If the 43-101 identifies an initial resource for NAFS similar to what was previously suggested from the original drill program, the potential for this company is amazing. The current 43-101 only drilled on 700 acres. They control 39,000 acres. If subsequent drill programs confirm similar quantities on the balance of the land package, that would be huge.
