New info. I asked around about this company and have found someone who knows the owners. The individual I found has shared in nerg as well, fyi. He told me that they are planning on continuing operations under a new name and issuing stock. Also told they have purchased for assets and wells. If they resume this company under new stock name does that mean our current shares are wiped out. Wouldn't this essentially be a lawsuit waiting for them?
