Still plenty of buy orders below a penny not getting filled !!

Just sayin...! And for several days now too ???

Final valuation for.... Sino -Top Assessment.... will be based on

March 1st time frame! Less than 3 weeks away now !!

**** NOTE**No doubt selected appraisal company will also be able to acquire a copy of the original appraisal report completed well over a year ago which will in turn save on time & leg work !! Therefore, 60 day time limit (requirement) beginning 3-1-17 for completion of final appraised market value should easily be obtainable if not much sooner than time allotted! FDA aka Former Appraiser Himself
