I bought some of this then dumped it because I realized with the R/Split hanging over their heads ... it's like a noose around your neck just waiting for the hangman to pull the lever.

I'll wait until they R/Split then for the usual pullback after the R/Split before I purchase the stock

In my opinion that is why the stock never moves ... no one wants to buy when they know there is a R/S coming,if you are already in it you are probably stuck waiting for higher prices which will only come from a R/split and you get screwed anyway.

As well it seems many of these under 1.00 stocks that are doing a R/S are within days or just a few weeks at most doing public offerings to push some cash into their coffers.

So,although they may have a good product .... I don't see it moving until they get the R/split out of the way and then if you buy you have to tread lightly and ... wait for it.... Dilution

Just my opinion after watching this for about a month or so,as always I could be wrong but that is what it looks like to me.

The company might as well get it over with and R/split already if they want any kind of worthwhile buyer action on their stock.
