The problem with your theory is that Blackstone wasn't issued any shares.
Another problem with your false claim is that LGCY hasn't actually borrowed much from the line of credit provided by Blackstone.
So lets be clear.
You are claiming that Blackstone is dumping shares that they don't have, based on loans that Legacy hasn't taken yet, on a credit facility with a maturity date of August 2021.
