Very very interesting. Two companies trading at all time lows, one with cash and the other one without. I see that the otcmarkets.com share structure section of PROP's profile has a last update of Jan 31 verified by the Transfer Agent which lines up with the MCWEF PR on 2/1. Hmm.... You are probably on to something. The question would be what company to own if a deal is done. Right now I have a huge stake in PROP.
