Suspect PROP will buy MCWEF for it's Permian assets and management team (Perhaps why PROP terminated CFO and soon CEO). Recent share for debt transaction may have given them a foothold in MCW. Additionally, prior MCW--ACCORD GR merger silent partner still not identified. Could be related party, effectively giving control of over 60 million shares of MCW.
