Let me qualify that last statement.

McKowen is selling shares to pay for expenses related to his initial grow. The first five months of rent is deferred so the first crops can be harvested and turned into cash so he hopefully will be able to pay rent going forward and not rely on selling shares in order to raise the cash.

Seem to remember the monthly rent is $125K per month but TURV only gets 50% of it. For every dollar of rent he pays he should be earning 10x that amount in revenue.
