It appears the float is closer to 8 or 9 million. The 4 million is to low.
A large amount of the outstanding shares are restricted. There was almost 38,000,000 issued to purchase the asset all of which are restricted. Insiders probably own some.
I watched the trading activity on Select Sands after its initial move and was amazed at how much it went up as news came out. It NAFS has the goods, goes into production quickly and books some sales, they could easily duplicate the price escalation and because of their location even do better.
Your right about the risk at this stage, but if the 43-101 is positive, this could move quickly. It's just a matter of time until we find out.
