So true.

we intend to apply to have the Common Stock listed on NASDAQ. The main goal of the increase in market price is to allow the Company to meet the $4 minimum bid price requirement of NASDAQ. Subsequent to the filing of the Registration Statement, the Company applied to have the Common Stock listed on NASDAQ.

They also cannot assure shareholders that by merely adjusting the SP that the company can get a listing on NASDAQ. Their requirements are little more stringent than that.

Do they stand a chance?
