Why should they care? Apparently, they don't need your money to operate or expand the business. They got the money in 2009/2010 when Bark raised millions of Dollars for unexecuted pipe dreams. And they gained control, when shareholders paid for the "management buyout" with another round of massive dilution into the hands of Fröberg and Grandinson. Now the public stock is a worthless residue of the past. Management is cashing in good salaries even if the stock just dies out or is revoked. Game Over.
