ATHENS, Greece (AP) _ DryShips Inc. (DRYS) on Tuesday reported a loss of $84.6 million in its fourth quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Athens, Greece-based company said it had a loss of $54.16. Losses, adjusted for restructuring gains, were $56.38 per share.
The operator of oil rigs and dry cargo carriers posted revenue of $12.8 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $206.4 million, or $464.76 per share. Revenue was reported as $51.9 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, the company's shares hit $4.83. A year ago, they were trading at $1,313.34.
