this news will do nothing for the share price. I don't see this getting passed .05 till next year maybe. Company hasn't showed any good progress. When hiring new management you gotta take that with a grain of salt. Ive seen companies like this shuffle management around so no one is held accountable in the end for un satisfactory performances.
