This is about Michie and his complete dereliction of duty as CEO.

This is about a company that has gone dark for 10 months.

This is about a company that shows pictures of a warehouse with inventory and how busy the company appears to be, but does not communicate with shareholders.

This is about a company with an ex board of director Terry Haggerty who got nailed for fraud painting the tape and not a word or press release is said about it by the CEO except filing an 8K.

And these same fraudulent actions go on today. Day after day.

Who should be accountable?

Where does the buck stop seeking answers?

With the CEO.

It is called the Light and Truth principle:

Any plan contrived in the dark will come to or get exposed by the light.

And for the record:

It happened again at close.

Painting the tape can occur in the last hour or two as long as there are no trades after "last trade.

Like same SIZE trade total 12,500 shares at beginning and last trade(s).
