I'm more concerned with the lack of volume than the lack of news at the moment. I think volume would be a pre indicator of a deal or upcoming news.
Also,
If possible, can you or another refresh the following, especially if these or other institutional investors are in BORK.

New Positions
In this quarter, Welch Group Llc started positions in Triad Guaranty Inc for $2.32 million, American Leisure Hldgs (AMLH) for $444,000, Bourque Industries Inc for $348,000, Commerce Union Bancs (CUBN) for $192,000 and Hutton Tele Trust Unit for $135,000. These were the 5 biggest new positions. In total the institutional investor bought 8 new stocks.
