gambler addicts that play penny stocks and look at this and say "holy crap, it is at .0001, i will throw 100 bucks at it, it can't go any lower, i can probably double it quickly" needless to say this will never get out of .0001 and their money is simply gone. most of the volume adds up to 100-200 bucks a day, there are enough of those idiots out there that would add this kind of shitty volume (nonetheless still volume) but it is worthless.
