Cannot give out a name...But will say that person is part of an acquisition team and they have been in negotions to buys Tlfx for about 9 months now...This is the reason Tlfx went dark..The website went down...The problem is the company didn't get quite what they wanted out of the sale so they keep going back to the table with counteroffers..My hope is they come to some kind of decision soon...I do know that Hughes telematics was in similar situation a few years ago and Verizon paid 4times closing share price...
