You don't have to hold shares to be part of a class action lawsuit. You would qualify if you once owned shared within the suit date range. I doubt if anyone will ever sue the VPCO crooks since they have covered their behinds by raising the A/S to 750 billion. Doing this allows warrant holders several choices to take, 1) Take the buyout deal (however, this ended 01/17/17), 2) Convert their warrants to shares and sell (however not enough buyers), or 3) Hold on to the warrants for a miracle to happen (however, they expires in 2020). With these choice available, any lawsuit will be thrown out.
