I believe so.... $4.00 minimum uplist price.
IMO, if there was any validity to today's news, investors would have been all over the stock at the open. The fact that there isn't a single share traded so far tells me investors aren't buying this Nasdaq uplisting story.
If we had a nickel for every time one of these OTC companies shouted they were getting uplisted to Nasdaq, we probably would be millionaires by now. Don't be surprised if FTNW starts selling off soon.
