They say that, but last time people on this board looked into it, all of the neutral charge liposome patents issued to the university they got this all from were all either already expired or expiring during 2016. If I remember right, someone even emailed BPTH and asked what patents they hold on the delivery system, and BPTH never responded. I don't think they have any patent protection now on the delivery system. It has been more than 20 years since they applied for those patents, which really makes you wonder why PN has moved things so slowly.
