As warned in the earlier final rulings against NTEK in the Long Side case, as a judgement creditor, Long Side was awarded significant latitude in going after all the assets of enforcement debtor Nanotech Entertainment. This document, filed today, Feb. 7, demands that NTEK come forth under oath with pretty much every single facet of their operation.
Long Side is demanding backup and explanation for every single item contained within NTEK's financial statements, including all agreements with Royal Capital Group, Lisa Foley, David Foley, Jeff Foley, et al.
